Furthermore, any customer (referred to as “the customer”) of Cheap2c-b declares to take full responsibility for any purchases (made now and in the future) of any product or service from Cheap2c-b. Without limiting the generalities foregoing, the customer is taking and accepting full liability for personal injury damages, punitive damages, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase of product or services from Cheap2c-b

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cheap2c-b its present and future suppliers, agents, owners, shareholders and employees, as the case may be, for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action that Cheap2c-b may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence of contract or other claims or theories of law by the customer, his or her officers, agents, or employees, his or her customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect in connection with the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any chemical or product or services provided

In addition, the customer agrees to adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product or service provided by Cheap2c-b.

Opened containers of chemicals, ingredients and allied goods, used laboratory equipment or any product and associated packaging and labelling that is no longer in the original condition when sold are never accepted for return and no responsibility is taken for that by Cheap2c-b. Ignorance of product toxicity, of product safety hazards associated with transportation, handling or storage, or of product incompatibility with intended application by the customer, his or her officers, agents, or employees, his or her customers or any other persons that come into contact with any product that the customer obtained through Cheap2c-b is entirely the responsibility of the customer

By purchasing any material from Cheap2c-b you acknowledge that you work for or own a research company, are a legitimate scientific researcher with a proper laboratory facility and are skilled in the mechanics of handling hazardous materials

Cheap2c-b will not engage in the procurement or sale of restricted products of any kind. Buyer has the responsibility for fully researching and complying with the state and federal regulations of their own country of residence. We do not support importing illegal compounds and we do not want to break any laws in your country. If you order illegal to your country, we will immediately cancel your order. Therefore we strongly recommend all potential clients to become familiar with the product description and relevant laws of the country of their current residence before you order any of Cheap2c-b products.
